As a 100% Indigenous-owned and operated company, SCBS is committed to making a meaningful impact within the construction industry and beyond. Our Managing Director, Hayden Willding, traces his heritage to the Wiradjuri people, the traditional landowners of Peak Hill in Central West New South Wales. Approximately 60% of our workforce is of Indigenous heritage, and we are proud members of Supply Nation, furthering our commitment to supporting the growth of Indigenous businesses in Australia.
